At Jazze Watch, we work with global fulfillment partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery worldwide. Your order may be shipped from one of our warehouses located in Europe, Asia, or the United States.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to become available.

Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for lost or returned shipments


Lost or Unclaimed Packages

Jazze Watch is not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages once marked as delivered.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete information

  • Failure to receive the package

Reshipping may require additional fees.


Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order:

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Provide photos of the damage

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
